Whether it is special military units or ordinary men and women from all walks of life, my personal mission is to bring out the inner warrior of my training partners. Kaizen is my training philosophy. We take big goals like weight loss and strength gains and break them down into small achievable goals. Then we identify and eliminate wasteful thoughts and actions with small, systematic improvements.
