Hi there I'm Shannen, a Fitness Coach, Professional Dancer and qualified Physical Therapist. I'm a very active person and extremely passionate for purposeful movement.
Back into 2012 I slipped discs in my lower back which prevented me from pursuing my dreams at the time. Hard as it was, it pushed me to educate myself on understanding the fundamentals of how the mind and body actually works. Now, I implement these learnings through daily movement routines which enables me to perform better and helps reduce the risk of injury.
And I want to share this all with you! My goal is to help you create daily habits through mobility and exercise workouts that will not only get you results, but having the full control over your own body. And best of off all, I'll bring the high energy with my Irish charm!
