Yoga is not only a work out, but much rather a work in. The literal meaning and goal of Yoga is “union” and only one of the ways to achieve this is conscious movement, along with meditation, breathing, chanting, awareness and other practices. We can use these tools to free ourselves from worldly suffering and to find peace in our everyday life.
In my sessions you can expect to breathe fully, deeply and consciously, to explore yourself further, and to connect and work with yourself, to a point of deeper understanding and peace within. You will take a 15 minutes break to recharge and immerse yourself in the present moment, just to be fully there with yourself and to relax your mind.
