My name is Franzi, and I am here to give you access to yourself again! Together, we will explore the impulses, experiences, and transformations you strive for by focusing on simple routines in your daily life.
My sessions follow the Positive Psychology approach and are designed to help you establish the habit of focusing on those things that make you happy and breaking you free from the autopilots which no longer serve you.
We will do this through mindfulness practices centered around meditation, visualization, gratitude, and journaling. Along the way, you will sharpen your own set of tools to become more aware and in control of your own strengths and abilities.
Together we will find the approach which suits you best and I will be there as the nudge you need every so often to keep on growing.
