In her yoga and meditation sessions, Dania creates a space to connect body and mind. She promotes self-exploration in an accepting and compassionate way to empower you on your individual journey. With detailed instructions suited to meet individual needs, you are supported to practice safely and with an open mind. Dania has been teaching vinyasa flow classes, retreats and workshops for three years and loves to share her own experience on an eye-to-eye level.
As a psychologist, she is especially interested in how the practices of yoga can be applied to support our mental health. She is currently researching yoga as a complementary therapy to overcome anxiety for her doctoral studies at Charité Berlin and teaches yoga for people suffering from panic disorder and/or agoraphobia.
