About Me

When I work out my mood is to give 100% of myself, whether I'm training or coaching. To fully commit and to push myself to the limit, it makes me feel empowered, it boosts my self-esteem and makes me feel strong, in control, and that's what I want to convey through my classes.

I’m a fitness trainer from Italy and I can't wait to have you in my classes and show you my method: with little (or no) equipment, in 15 or 30 minutes, I'll teach you how to get the most out of your workouts and how to make this moment a time-out just for yourself, a moment to dedicate just to your body and your mind. Because it's not just about getting slim legs and strong arms; fitness is much more: it's passion, dedication and tenacity, it’s about building a new mindset and a stronger version of you both inside and out.
