Here you’ll answer questions like, “What events or people provided you with the most happiness this week?” or “What brought you the most energy and optimism recently?”
Afterwards, dive into deeper self-reflection with questions covering themes like: childhood, relationships, fears, goals, and more. These exercises will help you appreciate what’s going well, and start processing difficulties as opportunities for growth. Reflecting on your answers, you’ll gain clarity of mind and transform inner awareness into action toward a more tranquil YOU.
