Worry about squeezing everything into one work week? Have a to-do list that never shrinks? Struggle to prioritize? Get the guidance you need to move crucial tasks to the “Done” pile with Weekly Planning. Scheduling ahead can feel scary or overwhelming. This 15-minute training class will give you a confident plan of attack to prioritize, execute, and enjoy your week with ease. In this class you’ll learn to break down priorities into bite-sized pieces and create action steps to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed. Your class will open with expertise from your coach as you consider personal priorities. Start big and consider long-term goals as they relate to your day-to-day. Deep dive and get specific, think about what needs to get done and what you’d like to get done (these often differ). Go slowly more granular and make a weekly list, this will give you a clear overview and help you pinpoint what needs to get done, and what’s easiest to do. Cluster tasks by assignment, like “admin”, “chores”, or “work projects”. Think about the time each takes and begin scheduling them in your calendar. For some this may feel new or challenging, but with this added effort –and practice– you’ll more easily conquer the week. With practice, you’ll become more skilled at organizing your time, improving your productivity, and getting tasks done without becoming overwhelmed. Learn when to postpone or say no if it’s costing you headspace or time. By attending a live class you’ll have the opportunity to address concerns through a structured question round and ask for advice — no need to plan in advance!
