Just about everyone hangs onto things they don’t need anymore, but it can be a slippery slope to feeling short on breathing room at home. If you feel your environment no longer reflects you as a person, and home just doesn’t have that warm and cozy feeling it should, it might be time to make a change. In this 15-minute group class you’ll start by thinking of your current environment and how you’d like to adapt your space for more productivity and improved mood. Consider what’s working, and what you could use a push with. Next, discuss action you can take to realize that ideal. Start small!
Your coach will provide tips and pieces of advice on little changes that make large impacts on your space and well-being. You might consider assigning items to locations, or taking more time when you change clothes, rather than leaving them on the floor. For support, you’ll have a chance to pose questions to the group or gain insights from others’ experiences and success stories.
