Hi! We’re Matija and Marija, and we’re your new coaches for Strength and Cardio. This class is a challenging mixture of intense, dynamic cardio exercises followed by powerful strength movements. Some featured exercises include: low sprints, high knees, jumping jacks, burpees, squats, lunges, push-ups, and sit-ups.
The class will begin with 30 seconds of high intensity cardio exercise, followed by 30 seconds of powerful strength movement with only 5 seconds to switch between exercises. The high intensity of Strength and Cardio will not only help you build strength and boost heart health, but can also improve mental health.
