Description

Do you often feel as if you are moving at light's speed, carried by feelings with no landing strip in near sight? Living in this fast-paced world, you are not the only one searching for the feeling of being more grounded. To keep up the balance, we all need to learn how to slow down. In a Slow Down Yoga session, you move slowly through a series of poses, mostly seated or lying down. Each pose is held for a couple of minutes. Your muscles, bones, joints and organs expand slowly and are allowed to breathe. Your coach leads you through each pose. For an even deeper connection with yourself, you are invited to close your eyes and follow your coach's voice. Whether practiced in the morning for a soft awakening, or in the evening to wind down, you will soon learn that slowing down helps you to stay calm and serene when life is speeding up.
