I’m Jenny and I work as a professional dancer. I can’t wait for you to try out my dance class — Monday Morning Dance Party, the 15-minute freestyle to kick-start your week!

It’s time to change the narrative about Mondays. In an effort to ease the heaviness so many experience on Monday mornings, I created this upbeat class to dance off unease. Start your week silly, moving, and motivated to give yourself lots of energy to conquer the week! Class starts with a short warm-up, before I introduce you to some groovy steps to give you a feel for the choreography. No worries if you’re a beginner, we’ll have fun learning the steps together. Once you’re feeling the rhythm we can speed things up with more complex steps to end on a high. Class will close with a gentle cool down of stretching and slower momentum. Put on your feel-good clothes and dance like no one’s watching every Monday morning at 8:30am CET.
