This Cardio Workout is a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class. This total body training regimen is designed to build your muscles up using basic bodyweight moves. Together with your coach, you repeat a simple set of movements (e.g., burpees, planks, squats) at the beginning of each session. Once you've memorized the movements, your coach turns his video off so that you can focus on your own movements and sensations. Your coach provides the energizing vibes and verbal guidance you need to execute the sets, and most importantly... to have fun! The HIIT Cardio Workout includes a high range of motions that include many muscle groups.
