Grab your foam roller and get ready to strengthen your power output!

In this class, you will learn to pull, press, and stretch the muscles so fibers build without fusing together and causing stiffness. Loosen and prevent injury by following a series of basic rolling exercises, bookended by a short warm-up and cool down phase.
