If you weren’t thinking of your elastic storage capacity before, you are now! Learn new exercises to round out your typical routine in Fascia Training. Part of the connective tissue running through the entire body, bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons — fascia are largely responsible for power transmission. Grab your foam roller and get ready to strengthen your power output!

In this class, you will learn to pull, press, and stretch the muscles so fibers build without fusing together and causing stiffness. Loosen and prevent injury by following a series of basic rolling exercises, bookended by a short warm-up and cool down phase.
