In yoga, we stretch and strengthen the entire body — but not the face. The face has over 60 muscles that are shaped by the ways we use them. With age, collagen and elastin decrease, leading to wrinkles and saggy face lines. Face Yoga is a workout for the face that leaves you feeling refreshed, energized, and keeps you looking young and happy.
Every class starts with a short warm-up and breathwork, followed by specific exercises to tone certain areas of the face (forehead, eyes, lips, nasolabial folds, cheeks, neck, and jawline) before finishing with relaxation.
