"Cool Down Yoga" Online Course Description

Come down from a tiring workout by releasing tension in the always soothing, Cool Down Yoga.

In this 15-minute class, you’ll move through a series of poses that are mostly seated or lying down to calm the body after a heavier workout. Poses are held for some seconds and easily flow into each other. This way muscles, bones, and joints expand slowly and have room to breathe. For an even deeper connection with yourself, you’re invited to move at your own pace and follow your coach's live guidance. By taking this quiet time for yourself to physically and mentally cool down, you’ll be practicing calm and serenity for those moments when life starts to speed up.
