In this 15-minute class, you’ll move through a series of poses that are mostly seated or lying down to calm the body after a heavier workout. Poses are held for some seconds and easily flow into each other. This way muscles, bones, and joints expand slowly and have room to breathe. For an even deeper connection with yourself, you’re invited to move at your own pace and follow your coach's live guidance.
