This mindfulness meditation class is about learning how to reconnect to your physical self with your mind. Your coach takes you on a journey throughout your entire body, gradually from head to feet, leading attention to parts of the body and bodily sensations, without judging any of the sensations or feelings which may occur. You can do this exercise either sitting up or lying down.
The "Body Scan" class heightens your sense of patience not only with your own body but also your mind. Session after session, you will release the tensions in your body and fuel a new sense of acceptance towards yourself.
Bit by bit you will release the tension you may not even have realised you are experiencing.
