In this 15-minute class, you’ll move through a series of poses that are mostly seated or lying down to calm the body for bed. Poses are held for some seconds and easily flow into each other. This way muscles, bones, and joints expand slowly and have room to breathe. For an even deeper connection with yourself, you’re invited to close your eyes and follow your coach's live guidance.
