Bring your day to a quiet close by releasing tension in the always soothing, Bedtime Yoga.

In this 15-minute class, you’ll move through a series of poses that are mostly seated or lying down to calm the body for bed. Poses are held for some seconds and easily flow into each other. This way muscles, bones, and joints expand slowly and have room to breathe. For an even deeper connection with yourself, you’re invited to close your eyes and follow your coach's live guidance. By taking this quiet time for yourself before bed, you’ll be practicing calm and serenity for those moments when life starts to speed up. Unravel stress and wind down for sleep in Bedtime Yoga.
