Stiff joints, neck pain, or a sore back can easily creep up on you while working from home. At the end of a long day, reenergize and return a feeling of calm with After-Work Stretching. Improving flexibility helps keep your muscles healthy and strong. Often overlooked, taking the time to stretch improves flexibility and blood flow, leading to a boost in energy. In After-Work Stretching your coach will lead you through static and dynamic full body stretches. Some stretches could include: tricep, hamstring, shoulder, and abdominal stretches. Benefit from live coaching by speaking with your coach if you have injuries, or feel tension in one particular part of the body. By taking the time to stretch you not only refresh, but help prevent muscle shortening, joint tightness, or poor spinal positioning. If you can stretch a deadline, you can take 15 minutes to give your body the stretching break it deserves.
