I will guide you through a Yoga Session with compassion and deep conscious awareness. Some of us are naturally more flexible, others are more capable of being stable and strong. My Yoga sessions combine all of that so every level is welcomed - Yoga is about creating an understanding for your body, which I will guide you to. I practice a daily Yoga practice, which I will help you to develop if you are seeking a morning routine or just a short movement break to check-in with yourself during your day.
